I’m trapped in an island that’s completely surrounded by pristine blue waters with virgin coral reefs and I haven’t taken a single dip! I’m about to finish what I came here for and I don’t think I’ll be able to take a single dip before I head back to the city. In the meantime, do bear with me as I post small freebies in the next few days. Got to keep ‘em small because the internet connection here isn’t that good. Also, I try to squeeze as much time as I can to make something for all of you while doing my work at the same time. Sleep is down to 2-4 hours daily believe it or not…
The good news is I’m set to work on Granny’s last room. The even better news is Island Girl is almost complete. Expect great downloads within the next few days.
Here’s the same rub-on from the Colors at Dusk line. I embellished it with the “bling flowers” from the Island Girl line. I call it Island Girl Rubons with Flowers and Bling. I won’t be releasing THIS flower in any pack. I will just use it WITH other stuff (like the felt Title Box) and this… Hope you like it. I suggest you rotate it any way you like. It really looks good horizontally as well as vertically. Enjoy! Post if you like my work ok?
PS: See the background? Neat? That paper is part of the Island Girl line and it will be packed in FOUR different colors! Haha! (I’m gonna try to make it pretty so you won’t miss “Granny” all that much!)

Hi Mabelle! This is sooooo pretty!! I LOVE it! Please don’t worry about putting out! Yes, we all love your work, but, you and sleep comes first!! We can all wait till you get back, please look after yourself first! And never belittle these beautiful things you give to us freely – they are wonderful, and I have downloaded things from others in a greater amount that don’t touch these. One beautiful gift is worth far more than a whole kit I will never use! I love all your freebies, right down to the littlest piece. I agree with Lily above and want you to start thinking of yourself first. That is far from enough sleep. You need much more. AND you need to delay your departure long enough to walk on the beach and let that pristine water splash your toes while you wiggle them in the warm sand. You need a few nice memories to take home with you besides lack of sleep, jet lag, and work related stress. LOL Pictures of the pristine water and white beach? Are you going to be able to snap a couple to show us? They would be nice for you to have for scrapping later too.
Love your flowers, especially how they almost seem to glow from within. This kit looks like it’s going to be awesome.
Now you start taking care of yourself and suck up a little of that gorgeous sunshine for the rest of us stuck with a cold rainy autumn here in Michigan. Hmmm I can almost remember what sunshine feels like.

Here is cold and rainy. I really wish I would be in such a paradise like place, as you are.
Anyway…..you have to sleep more and dont be so hard with yourself. Life is too short to not enjoy it. We will still be here awaiting your gorgeous gifts even if we dont get them every day.
