Going…

Feedback

The feedback I received from Crossroads warmed me all over. Some wrote that the color palette is so full of genuine joy and quite a “change” from my previous kits including the girly-happy-but-subdued Sunday’s Best. Someone wrote that the patterns in all their simplicity reflected so much of me – genuine (oh my!). Quite a few simply wrote that when they unpacked the kits, they merely stared at their screen and enjoyed several minutes merely “looking.”

I read every single email and every single post. From my end, I enjoyed every minute reading what you thought of Crossroads. I’m so pleased you felt the same “joy” I do. I guess that could be likened to knowing that come a special day (like your birthday or Christmas, or any gift-giving holiday) you know you will receive gifts and you know they’re going to be good. You just don’t know specifically what the gifts would be but you know you will love it even before you’ve seen it. THAT is the kind of joy I was trying to convey.

Someone emailed me to ask if there is really not even a teensy-bitsy drop of “fear” in me on where I am going to be next. I emailed back saying that feeling “fear” is human and I am. However, there is so much joy in me these past few weeks that whatever fear is there simply can’t get hold of me to bring me down. I am confident that wherever it is He is taking me, it will be somewhere I am supposed to be — and I can’t wait! Again, THAT is the kind of joy I wish you will see in Crossroads.

Freebies

BECAUSE you made me feel 10 feet tall (I’m but 5’4, LOL) I made “Sprouts” a freebie set for you.

“Sprouts” is inspired by the “Mustard Seed” parable that the smallest of “faith” can move mountains… I am throwing in the matching, wonderful “You Bloom” ribbons pack EXCLUSIVELY for those who will share but ONE SENTENCE in the comments section below this post that starts with:

When I find myself at a crossroad…

That’s it. Just go make sure you post your email address (no one else sees it but me) because that is where I will send the password to download the exclusive You Bloom Ribbons!

And if you’re still up to it, go scrap about someone who or something that gives you much joy and upload your page in MG2 by the end of the month. I promise to email you the download link to THIS ribbon set! Just PLEASE do not forget to post here in the blog that you uploaded a page in MG2. I will NOT KNOW your email from there (aside from the fact that you have a different “name” there than the one you use to post here! LOL! It can get very confusing!) I need to know to be able to figure out the emails to send the download links to. I will be posting those wonderful JOY pages in MG2 here in the blog soon!

Surprise!

Less than 20 people posted their thanks in my last blog post while hundreds were able to download the freebies I offered. Nice begets nice. So here’s something to thank those who took the time to post me something nice… This one took TWO HOURS for me to “compose.” I’m throwing in the ribbons in the pack as well! Here’s hugging you back!

Hello Mabelle,Wow, I go away on vacation for a couple of weeks and come back and you have this whole new site and new kits and freebies to boot! You are a busy lady – or have I just been gone awhile? I went to a storytelling festival and the workshops and tellers were incredible! I’m so blessed to have experienced it. I LOVE the Crossroads kit! Such a departure from your usual stuff. I like the inspiration for the kit as well – I love the mustard seed parable. Thanks for the beautiful shares and freebies. I’m so inspired with this new kit! Blessings and big hugs to you.

Rarole said it so well. I always get so much from the people that contribute to your blog, offering thanks and good advice.
When I am at a crossroads, I pray! Other’s have said it far more eloquently than I could, so I’ll just leave it at that.
I got your email with the Crossroads kit links just fine. I have been having some computer issues, but the kits are safe! I just haven’t unzipped them quite yet. Can’t wait to see those dots!
Thanks for all you do, I feel so ‘fed’ after reading. I also really like your new heart. It has a 3D quality on my screen, and I LOVE it! Too cool.
Lovin’ the comments from ‘the sisterhood’. Very thought provoking.
    Thanks again!
