I no longer have my paternal and maternal grandmothers who both influenced me greatly as I was growing up. This rich, detailed tapestry design line is all about them. I will be approaching this line in terms of “rooms.”
Thank you to those who posted their thanks in my last two blog entries – so few and so precious. Please know that it is because of your comments that I had the inspiration and the drive to come up with this line despite the lack of time and sleep. I never rush my designs. Every page and element I create is carefully thought of (individually and as a set – they have to work well together) and painstakingly made with hours and hours of computer time. Designing is something I will never take lightly. To those who have posted, you all made me feel good about designing kits.

I just found you today! WOW. I loved my grandmothers SO much! One passed away when I was just seven, so my memories of her are very early and not too many. The other, who in all reality really raised me, died 28 years ago, when my son was 2 weeks old. It totally devastated me. I’m sorry that I have missed most of your posts, and freebies, but I am thankful to have had the blessing of reading your memories of your grandmothers. It blessed me.
