I can’t help it. The 5Tweets sampler is becoming more detailed… and I thought that the design line being “simple” would be easier to “expand” when I get down to the freebies. I was wrong… I’m always wrong when it comes to my kits. They take on a life of their own and they get to “dictate” to me the directions they would like to take. My kits have a mind of their own! LOL!

I had to put a download password again. Near 100 downloads and only 6 people posted comments. I find it disheartening when I get to design my stuff for hours despite the heavy work schedule. Designing kits takes away precious hours from my sleeping/rest time and I’ve been falling asleep on my computer while coming up with stuff to give away – twice with these items being given away in this post. I only expect a line or at the very least two words like “Thank you” in return for the hours spent designing the items I’m giving away. I guess that’s just too much to expect. That makes me so sad.
Some people might say I just have to be happy that people come and download. My blog stats have been hitting great figures climbing up to top spots. That should be enough for me IF this blog was really meant for stats. It’s not. Never was and never will be. The stat monitoring is simply for me to check blog traffic hitting my servers. I have 26 other websites focused on getting hits and maintaining top stats – mydigistyle is THE exemption.
Leave a comment, a note, some word or two if you think the freebie above is worth the few seconds it takes to post something nice. I just came in from Mass tonight and I’d like to share something that stuck to me: Faith isn’t in knowing the reason behind all the stuff that’s happening to you. It is NOT in being able to understand “Why?” Faith is simply believing that where you are is where you are meant to be. It’s trusting that God will always have your best interest at heart – even if that best interest isn’t how you will define “best” to be at the moment, or the “best” that you can understand. I’ve been told that the best my mind can comprehend is nothing to what God has in mind for me. When I think about that, every problem, every discomfort, every little thing that bothers me, has made me cry or is difficult at the moment suddenly becomes irrelevant. What follows is pure bliss… Peace. Think about it.

It is sad when nobody comments on a freebie….I have the same problem on my blog. *sigh* – common courtesy seems to go out the window in the digital world.
BUT I love you and I am excited to play with the next sampler….fun! Yummy colors too. I need the new freebie to go with sampler 3 – which I am surprised that more aren’t sticking it out…I am having a blast with this challeng! – and ding dong me can’t figure out the password…I keep reading the post for the ‘hint’ ….so I will continue to poke around…but thank you from the bottom of my heart and I for one am grateful to come and chat with you even without a freebie!!!

Yes well I have had some drama the last few days…my email address that was used as a login once upon a time and the password were put out on a list on the internet by some hackers. So my hubby and I have spent the last 2 days changing every stinking password to any place I have ever logged into in the last 4 years with that particular email address. EVERYTHING (banking, digital stuff, real life stuff, you name it…). All done now, with new encrypted passwords for everything….so my brain was a little fuzzy this AM while reading it! THank you my sweetie!!!
I have my layout almost done! I have a folder on my desktop for this challenge with the photos that I want and ideas so when you post the next sampler, I just pick from my ready stash to see what works! I think this one is my favorite so far! The yellow is so pretty!

Tammy, Google “My LastPass Vault” Its an add-on to Chrome – if you are using it. Its a browser plugin I cant live without. It just might prove useful to you. =)

funny that all the gurls had a tough week last week Mabelle! maybe its really contagious as I emailed u how hectic our week was last week, hehe!
btw, this week’s page theme (friends) is crazy perfect for me coz a barkada of mine got married and all 9 of our circle of friends were present! for the 1st time in around 13-14yrs!! last time we were all together was during our HS senior prom, LOL! anyway, your freebie cluster “perfect day” was PERFECT! i think I’m gonna use it with sampler #1 coz sampler #3′s color (orange) clashes with it (mauve). but we’ll see.. like your kits, my scrapped pages have lives of their own, hehe ^__^

Aww… thanks =) I’ll make sure to pass that message along. Thank you about page #2. I kept playing with it & playing with it & playing with it. I had a whole bunch of stuff I wanted to use (wanted to add in a picture of a camper), but was afraid it would be too busy & didn’t want to take away from the pictures… What can I say about Jared – he is extremely photogenic. But he rarely ever poses – can’t get him to sit still long enough – so I have to catch him on the fly when I can (some pictures end up so blurry it’s not funny). I had hoped to use a set of him & his goofy faces (he’s a regular Jim Carrey, I tell you) as I tried to get him to pose for a Christmas pic (to send to family/friends) but it didn’t fit with themes so I put them on the backburner (not literally – going to use them later… LOL). Alright, I’m getting too wordy so I’m going to stop…

Hey Gurl! I got it finished but have soooo many projects in the fire (sound familiar?) that i forgot to send the finished one in! It’s in now, LOL! And i see it’s not the 18th anymore, lol! Oh Darn! Oh well, i’m ready for #3 if i can get it. I will not miss the next deadline, although the next one may be a bit of a problem, but i will work on it!
Mabelle, you get to have your feelings about the thanklessness! You work very hard, and you know that there are those who will always say a word to you about what you do. Funny, every time you say what you said, i remember back two years and just stop, back up a sentence, eh voila! Works everytime, if you KWIM! Fun!

O.K. Mabelle, I’m crying defeat too! I can’t find the password either! I know you weren’t TRYING to make it that hard. I guess my week has been harder than I thought!
